Addition / Remodel located in the historic Drake Park area of Bend, Oregon: R.W. Sawyer House Bungalow Design with some restrained Craftsman Detailing. This was the first home for Robert W. Sawyer who first came to Bend in 1912 and began as a reporter for the Bend Bulletin. In 1953, he was recognized by Governor Sprague as Oregon’s “top citizen” of the past Century thus requiring this particular Design to be reviewed by the Historical Society of Bend, Oregon.
“Darrin did a wonderful job of providing a high-quality, cost-effective design that tailored to our needs. His attention to detail helped us navigate the historic committee process seamlessly.”
